Co-Op pricing
Q: What is Co-Op pricing?
A: For a limited time we collect and bundle orders so that the cost of printing is reduced and the savings are returned to those participating in the Co-Op.
Co-Op timing
Q: When are the Co-Ops?
A: Generally, we have two Co-Ops a year — one in the Spring and another in the Fall.
The Spring 2012 Co-Op is open from February 13 to March 23, with pamphlets delivering in early May. The Fall Co-Op dates are tentatively set to August 13 to September 21.
Payment options
Q: What types of payment are accepted?
A: We accept checks payable to Crabtree + Company, or Visa or Mastercard. Payments by credit card incur an additional 4% processing service charge by the credit card company that is applied to the total order amount.
Placing an order
Q: How do I place a Co-Op order?
A: To place an order, please complete and email, fax, or mail a Help Me Be Healthy Co-Op Order Form. We require your order quantities, billing and shipping address(es), your signature (with payment method indicated) and a purchase order number. We will confirm order receipt, and your organization will be invoiced shortly before delivery. Payment is due upon receipt of pamphlets.
Q: Is a purchase order number required?
A: Orders with a total value under $2,500 are accepted with a signed order form. Orders of $2,500 or more, must either be prepaid, or placed with a valid purchase order number.
Ordering outside of a Co-Op
Q: Is it possible to order the pamphlets when there is not a Co-Op?
A: Unless your order is significantly large, it is most cost-effective to order during a Co-Op. Orders can be placed outside of a Co-Op, but printing costs vary, depending on quantities ordered. During a Co-Op, every participant pays the same price per pamphlet, regardless of order size.
Occasionally, we have limited quantities of various pamphlets available for immediate delivery. Call 1.888.531.9001 x102 or email info@helpmebehealthy.net for pamphlet availability, an order form, or to request a printing estimate.
